Hi, I’m Sarah!
For years, I served in the local church, walking alongside congregations in the everyday work of ministry — preaching, leading worship, and shepherding people through the joys and struggles of life and faith. That season in the local church shaped everything that came after: a deep conviction that the Church needs leaders who are not only theologically grounded, but personally equipped for the real work of ministry.
That conviction eventually led me into higher education, where I now serve as Chair of Ministry and Theology at Southeastern University — the fastest-growing Christian university in the country. In this role, I have the honor and privilege of serving thousands of students worldwide, building programs, curriculum, and leadership pathways that equip the next generation for the work of ministry. I hold a Master's in Ministerial Leadership, a Master's in Divinity, and a Doctorate in Ministry— my doctoral work focused on how we can equip the next generation to lead with integrity and resilience, a subject I care about deeply and continue to live out through mentoring and discipling others.
At the heart of it all is a calling that hasn't changed since my days in the local church: to raise up and equip the next generation to do the work of the Lord — with excellence, integrity, and a heart for God's Kingdom.
